Welcome to Flinta! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Flinta website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account and using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on Flinta and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of its terms and conditions.

2. Account Creation and Security

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Conduct and Content

Flinta is a platform for adults to connect. We expect our users to interact respectfully. You are solely responsible for the content you post, and your interactions with other users. You agree not to:

• Post any content that is hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or pornographic.
• Harass, stalk, or intimidate any other user.
• Use the Service for any commercial purposes or to solicit money from other users.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Use the service for any illegal activities.

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without a refund.

4. Safety and Interactions

Your safety is important to us. However, you are responsible for your interactions with other users. Flinta does not conduct criminal background checks on its users. We make no representations or warranties as to the conduct of users. We encourage you to use caution and good judgment when interacting with others and arranging in-person meetings.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that you will find a date, a companion, or have any particular outcome from using the service. In no event shall Flinta be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the service.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

We may offer products and services for purchase ("in-app purchases"). If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination of your account, you will not be entitled to any refund for unused subscription fees.

7. Termination

During the BETA phase of our product development, you cannot manually terminate your account. However, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our Service is provided, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
